Terms & Conditions
Intermediary role. Luanica acts solely as a brokerage and trading intermediary. It does not manufacture, refine, store, or take title to any commodity, and does not hold client funds. All contracts of sale are concluded directly between the transacting principals.
No offer or solicitation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a commitment to supply any commodity or asset. Availability, specifications, pricing and terms are established only in the course of a specific, documented engagement.
Institutional counterparties only. Luanica's services are directed exclusively at commercial and institutional counterparties. Engagement is subject to verification and compliance checks, and Luanica may decline any enquiry at its sole discretion.
Fees and protections. Luanica's role and remuneration in any transaction are agreed in writing before introductions are made, including customary non-circumvention protections between the parties.
No warranties. While counterparty and documentation checks are performed with care, Luanica does not guarantee the performance of any principal. Contractual remedies rest within the agreements concluded between the transacting parties.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Only what you provide: contact details, organisation, role, and the substance of your enquiry. This website sets no marketing trackers and builds no advertising profiles.
How it is used. Information is used solely to assess and progress your enquiry — verification, qualification and, where appropriate, introduction to a counterparty with your consent.
Sharing. Your details are never sold, rented or circulated. Disclosure to a potential counterparty happens only when you have agreed to be introduced.
Retention and access. Records are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and applicable compliance obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time via legal@luanica.com.
Confidentiality Commitment
Discretion by default. Every enquiry, mandate and document shared with Luanica is treated as confidential from the moment it is received — before any agreement is signed.
No circulation. Counterparty identities, volumes, pricing and terms are never broadcast, listed or shopped. Information moves only between the parties to a specific engagement, with consent.
Formal instruments. Where a transaction proceeds, confidentiality and non-circumvention undertakings (NCNDA or equivalent) are executed between all parties before commercial details are exchanged.
Enduring obligation. Confidentiality survives the end of any engagement — whether or not a transaction closes.
